Service rates are subject to change at any time without notice. Our payment and refund policy remains in effect in the event of rate adjustments.
Please note that UWS does not guarantee a specific delivery time for any services. We provide our best estimate for delivery times; however, this is only an approximation. UWS will not refund orders that are processing if you believe they are taking too long.
While UWS strives to fulfill orders as expected by our resellers, we reserve the right to modify the service type if necessary to complete an order.

Service
UWS services promotion of your Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, or other social media accounts to enhance your online presence.
We do not guarantee that your new followers will engage with your content; our guarantee is limited to delivering the followers you have paid for.
While we strive for all accounts to have a profile picture, full bio, and uploaded pictures, we cannot guarantee this for 100% of accounts.
Users are prohibited from uploading any content, including nudity or materials deemed inappropriate for the respective social media platforms, onto the UWS site.
Refunds will not be issued for private accounts. Users must ensure that their accounts are set to public before placing an order.

Refund Policy
General Refund Policy:
No Refunds to Payment Method:
Payments made are non-refundable and cannot be reversed.
If you have used Fame Maker Followers, your balance must be used for orders from UWS.
Website Builder Refunds:
Refunds will be processed to your payment method within 14 days of the request.
After 14 days, a partial refund of 75% will be issued.
No refunds will be issued after 60 days.
Dispute and Chargeback Policy:
By completing a payment, you agree not to file a dispute or chargeback against us.
Filing a dispute or chargeback will result in termination of all future orders and a ban from our site.
We reserve the right to remove any followers or likes delivered to your or your clients' social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
Order Refund Policy:
Orders placed in UWS cannot be refunded or canceled after placement.
If an order is non-deliverable, a refund credit will be issued to your UWS account.
Non-Refundable Orders:
Misplaced or private account orders do not qualify for a refund. Confirm each order before placing it.
We cannot guarantee a refill or refund if the page is no longer available, the page name has been altered, the account has been removed, or the original link is inactive.
Fraudulent Activity:
Using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will result in account termination without exceptions.
Multiple Server Usage:
Do not use more than one server for the same page simultaneously. Accurate follower/like numbers cannot be guaranteed, and no refunds will be issued for such orders.
